Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of carpenters to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with the project manager and other departments to ensure that all materials and resources are available on time
• Ensure all safety protocols and that the work environment is safe for all team members
• Review plans and blueprints for all projects
• Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Keep all tools and equipment in good working order
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress
• Ensure highest levels of quality

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of Gulf experience, preferably in a furniture carpentry company
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of carpenters
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary: AED 5000-7000 with accommodation
