Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with the project manager and other departments to ensure that all materials and resources are available on time
- Ensure all safety protocols and that the work environment is safe for all team members
- Review plans and blueprints for all projects
- Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Keep all tools and equipment in good working order
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress
- Ensure highest levels of quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of Gulf experience, preferably in a furniture carpentry company
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of carpenters
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Salary: AED 5000-7000 with accommodation
