Outlet Manager
Requirements:
Energetic candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supermarket or hypermarket field. Candidates must have leadership qualities. More preference for Graduates and Gulf returned candidates.
Job Role:
Candidates should perform outlet-level support functions like customer service, day-to-day operations scheduling, analyzing quality control, service quality, and customer satisfaction, developing different marketing strategies, addressing customer queries, and achieving outlet goals, sales results, and budget optimization.
Hypermarket Supervisor
Requirements:
Energetic candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed Supermarket or Hypermarket. More preference for graduates and gulf returned candidates.
Job Role:
- Preparing an annual budget.
- Oversee the operations of the hypermarket
- Monitoring product stocks and related operations.
- Provide training for staff.
- Addressing customers’ requests and inquiries.
