Currently our team consist of Senior Consultants and Consultants who have a distinguished track record in the respective industry and who have successfully handled recruitment at all levels starting from Junior to senior level Management for reputed companies. This gives an in-built advantage of being able to quickly crystallize and assimilate the client requirement for specific roles taking into account the dynamics of competitive business environment. Our recruitment comprises of entire range of personnel which include skilled to unskilled candidates.

The process involves gaining a proper understanding of our client’s operations, business context, job profile, culture fit, compensation, discussion and argument with the client about potential candidate profile and the methodology of recruitment.

Our search process consist of network, state of the art Interactive Databank, Search portals and Head hunting to zeroing down on the right person, for the right job and in right time. The candidate is met to assess competencies and suitability for the role and client organization.

A coordinator is designated for the specific search to ensure accountability and keeping on-going communications with the client including follow-up action to close the search with in the agreed time frame without compromising on overall quality of the services.

Immediately on the receipt of confirmed job order and the job description from our clients, we source the candidates through our data bank.
Media Releases
Arrange media releases, if necessary. At the clients approval, we carefully draft the advertisements and publish them in the cost effective media.
Assessment of Skills
The appropriate candidates are put through preliminary interview by our experts. A detailed assessment of their skills and competence.
Arrange Interviews
Online or face to face Interviews
Medical Examinations
Conduct medical examinations both physical and psychological by our recognized panel of doctors or by GAMCA approved Doctors.
Orientation/Departure program
An orientation program for selected candidates. The candidates will be apprised of the local custom, culture, tradition of the host country. If required by client, uniforms can also be arranged on behalf of the company, subject to the approval, specifications and designs provided.
Documentation Clearing
Documentation for clearing government formalities like immigration clearance, Visa Endorsement etc. Assist in Airline information, Arrival information, Embarkations formalities.
3 Months Guarantee
Within 3 months from the date of appointment if the candidates are found unsatisfactory, we would replace them at our own expense.

Services Guarantee

We, at Careers World Travel and Trade Links would always stand guarantee with regard to the work force selected by us. All deployed personnel shall undergo a three month probationary period with the employer. If CareersWorld recruits on behalf of client and if found unfit, free of cost replacement within 3 months of period. If any of the candidates are found unsatisfactory within three months of appointment (Physically, Professionally or Conduct wise) he/she shall be repatriated to his/her country of origin by M/s Careers World free of cost with legal assistance from the employer.
